Certified Career Coach

The LHH Career Coach Credential is awarded to Career Coaches who have completed a rigorous training program and demonstrated success in its application with candidates. These coaches exhibit strong commitment to supporting candidates in successfully navigating their career either within an organization or in a transition. The certification requirements exceed industry standards. LHH has a rigorous global onboarding program for the Certified Coaches focused on coaching skills, exploration skills, placement tools, live training and a formal ongoing evaluation process.
