Hogan Assessor

The LHH Assessor Certification Credential for Hogan is awarded to LHH consultants and colleagues who have completed the LHH certification training program to learn how to use and interpret Hogan assessments and reports. This program also provides training on how to debrief participants on their results. The requirement for this LHH certification meets industry standards. There is no expiration date on the credential. Individuals that complete the LHH Assessor Certification for Hogan can debrief participants on any of the following reports: • Hogan Leadership Forecast Series o Coaching o Challenge o Potential o Values • Hogan Insight Series o HPI Insight o HDS Insight o MVPI Insight • Hogan Flash • HPI Data • HDS Data • MVPI Data • Hogan Career • Hogan Compass • Hogan EQ • Hogan Express • Hogan High Potential Talent (additional web course available in Hogan’s certification site) • Hogan Leader Basis • Hogan Leader Focus (additional web course available in Hogan’s certification site) • Hogan Manage • Hogan Potential • Hogan Safety – Selection or Development • Hogan Sales Basis Earning Criteria LHH has a rigorous global certification program for the Hogan Certification consisting of 22+ hours focused on: • Assessments completion (1 hour) • Debrief of individual participant’s results with Hogan-certified associate or colleague (1 hour) • Completion of Pre-workshop Learning Module (3-4 hours) • Completion of remote training workshop (16 hours) • Completion of practice debrief session with colleague participating in training workshop (1 hour, included in the training workshop) • Completion of Postworkshop Test of Understanding (1 hour)
