TALENTx7 Assessor

The LHH Assessor Certification Credential for TALENTx7 is awarded to LHH consultants and colleagues who have completed the LHH certification training program to learn how to use and interpret TALENTx7 assessments and reports. This program also provides training on how to debrief participants on their results. The requirement for this certification meets industry standards. There is no expiration date on the credential. Earning Criteria: LHH has a rigorous global certification program for the TALENTx7 Certification consisting of 8 hours focused on: • Assessment completion (1 hour) • Debrief of individual participant’s results with TALENTx7- certified colleague (1 hour) • Completion of remote training workshop (4 hours) • Completion of practice debrief session with TALENTx7-certified colleague (1 hour) • Completion of TALENTx7 Knowledge Check (1 hour)
